Friendship !!
June 7th, 2006 by nicky9254161I kinda came across a blogsite and read about friendships. I think everyone should treasure friendship because once it sinks, it’s kinda hard to get it up. Come to think of it, that must be the reason why it’s called friend and ship. Friendship. A ship is a very heavy object. If a ship like Titanic sinks, it could be quite impossible to get it up. Well, the same goes to friends. If a friendship is ended in any ways. It will take a very long time to fix things back to how it used to be.
Let’s divide friendship into 2 categories. Or maybe 3. Guy friendship, which we usually call brotherhood. Girl friendship, which they usually call sisterhood, and well, Guy Girl friendship, which they usually call.. Erm… dun know …brosishood gua ?? couldn’t think this word !!
Guy friendship is really kind of erm, I wouldn’t say complicating but more to easy going? If I were to say easy going would it mean that guys don’t really treasure friendships or brotherhoods? Well, for one I do. Everyone around me ought to be treasured as friends. Brotherhood is another story. Brotherhood are friends who always will be there for me, if anything goes wrong, they will be there to backup. Yeah I guess that’s about it. Yes, to talk about stuffs which I can’t solve myself. Example, a heart to heart talk. Alright if this sounds gay, I’ll stop 
But then it’s not really that. I don’t know how girls do the heart to heart talk thingy, but guys seriously, it’s almost the same as what we talk about during limteh. I guess that’s why we never feel bored seeing each other drinking at the same table. I’m not saying girls will.. Hehe. But if anything goes wrong in the friendship, guys won’t really bother apologizing, do they? I mean for minor stuff. They’ll be like erm, "Hey, no hard feelings man. Not done purposely ma.. Don’t be so “poh ma” lah!". You know things like that. Everything will be alright after that. Guys are just.. too easy going and simplified. Haha
We are humans after all.
Alright, girl friendship.. How do I start. First of all, I ain’t one so no hard feelings if I say anything wrong ya. Girls are very detailed humans. They see everything as important as who they loved. Usually there are only 2 types of girls whom either put their boyfriend before friends, or friends before boyfriend. Of course, family always comes first. So, if anything goes wrong in the friendship, and the rest apologizes, things will be alright. But if the wrong ones never even take the initiative to apologize. I would say the ship will be forever under the sea. The possibilities of getting it up will be very, very low. That’s what I usually see in friends around me. But then again, it’s very individual. Usually, if things will be alright after a simple apology, I’d say this person must be someone really happy and well, simplified. Easy going, maybe? 
The last type of friendship, guy girl friendship. Need not to say, could be more complicating. I mean, how many guy girl could actually hold on to the friendship instead of, relationship? It could be hard, but easy to achieve. I’ve got friends who were close buddies in primary to secondary and all, but all of a sudden, they became couples in college?! Haha all I can say is.. UNPREDICTABLE but true. So it’s really harder to rate how guy girl friendship goes about. Maybe it’s because the 2 main species involved in this type of friendship are not the same. So, different species WILL attract to each other gua !! Do u guys agree ??
